Ian from KIC Theatre came in to spend some time with Year 6 this week. He introduced them to their book that they will be studying next term: The Nowhere Emporium. The children had a great time and were all captivated and inspired by the drama that Ian facilitated.
Earlier in the term, Year 6 spent 3 days at Kingswood. They had a great time getting involved in a variety of activities and making many memories!
Today, we had a visit from our local MP, Tony Vaughan. He came into speak to our Year 6s about what it is like to be an MP. The children asked some amazing questions about his job as an MP, how he became an MP and what he wants to do as an MP.

What a great day our Jubilee Picnic was! Lots of dancing and singing and some great artwork inspired by Andy Warhol was displayed too.
