Year 5 had fantastic fun for World Book Day this year.
Across the week, we took part in lots of Reading for Pleasure, joined a range of online sessions where we engaged with a variety of activities, such as creating our own fairy tales, drawing comic book characters and listening to famous storytellers.
On World Book Day, we took part in a 'footy and booky' quiz, learnt how to draw characters like the author of Nina Peanut and learnt all about Rosa Parks through the 'Little People, Big Dreams book'. Lots of us dressed up and our costumes looked fantastic!
