The Gingerbread man was our story focus this week. We enjoyed making gingerbread man puzzles, trying to take turns in a gingerbread man board game and decorating our own gingerbread men! In our outdoor space we enjoyed exploring chasing games – although we didn’t like being ‘caught’! Lots of number games with dice and ordering gingerbread men to 20 in our maths lessons too and some of us explored fractions, starting with sharing gingerbread men halves before moving onto other shapes!
