We had an amazing day in Hastings at Blue Reef Aquarium. We saw lots of fish and walked through the glass tunnel where lots of sharks were swimming above us.

We finished the day making pebble art on the beach.

We all had enormous fun being a Pirate for the day.

This term we look forward to learning about being beside the seaside, and going on our school trip.

Hedgehogs and Squirrels enjoyed using the balance bikes around the playground. We learnt about driving around the roundabouts.

We enjoyed having our first Maths Morning, thank you for all those parents who attended.

We had lots of fun working in teams:  jumping, running and balancing.  To end our session we had a team caterpillar race!

Lovely to see so many parents/carers enjoying our weekly reading session.

Hope you all had a lovely Easter break and enjoyed the lovely weather.

Our topic this term is ‘In the Garden’. We will be planting beans and learning how to care for plants. We will be reading Jack and the Beanstalk and The Three Little Pig and using these stories as part of our learning throughout the term.
